Step one of renting a dumpster is calling us to tell us what project you are doing. One of our project managers will then assist you with the correct size, weight necessary, and how long to rent the roll off for. We then place your order and dispatch it to our driver. Once your order is dispatched an email will be sent with two documents. One is your electronic invoice, the other is your terms and conditions. Once you receive these emails you know your dumpster is on schedule for delivery for the date specified.

Payment is made to Dumpster Rental Inc. over the phone at the time the order is placed with either a credit or debit card. We take payment up front; we cannot pay for our driver’s time and fuel before payment is made.

When you are complete with your dumpster rental, you simply call us at 888-445- 3867 ext. 2 to call in a final removal. Dumpster removal can take anywhere between 24-72 hours. Your rental ends the day you call in for final.

All dumpster orders will be delivered on the scheduled day of service unless there is delay out of our hands. It is the trucking industry, some things do happen. Your container may arrive any time throughout the day between 7 AM up to 8 PM unless otherwise specified.

For temporary use dumpsters, they come in 5 sizes. They come in 10 yard, 15 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40 yards. Please see our services page to see the dimensions of each roll off container. For commercial weekly service agreements, containers come in four different sizes. 2 yard, 4 yard, 6 yard, 8 yard. Please again, refer to our services page to view examples to see what fits your business best.

Yes, spreading material evenly inside the container is best. You CANNOT overload the container passed the top, or the given line that will be in some containers. Over loading the container may result in additional fees due to driver’s time and delays suffered. Nothing can be hanging over the walls, or sticking out of the top.

You do not have to be there when our driver shows up for delivery. Please give us very specific placement instructions and we will deliver the dumpster according to these instructions. If the dumpster needs to be placed in an area/spot that is not easily described over the phone or if the delivery location is especially crucial, then it would be a good idea for someone to be there to ensure the dumpster is placed in the right spot.

No. But please do not have anything blocking the access of the dumpsters, including cars, gates, and or equipment. Please have everything out of the way so our driver has a clear path for pick up.

Yes, we also have commercial smaller dumpsters for permanent use. These are for restaurants, businesses, apartment buildings, etc.

Customers will only need to acquire a dumpster permit if they intend to have their container dropped off on a street or other public property. Our service representatives will be able to tell you if you will need a permit before we set up your order. These permits can be obtained from your local building department or in some cases we can pull a permit for you. Sometime there is a cost associated with a permit and sometimes not. Additionally, your municipality will determine the

length of the permit. All dumpster permit costs and rules will vary from city to city.

Dumpster rental costs vary based on the size and weight capacity of the dumpster, as well as the location of the customer. Disposal costs also vary widely between cities since some municipalities have reduced landfill space or mandate recycling for various types of debris. These prices will be discussed over the phone as well in your customized invoice according to your rental. Any questions or concerns regarding the pricing, please contact your project manager or customer service department.

Sometimes we may be able to deliver a dumpster early in the morning and pick it up later in the afternoon depending on busyness of schedule. This is can sometimes be difficult to do and whether we can accommodate this request is based on our schedule for that particular day. In some cities we also offer what are called “live-loads” where our driver will drop off a dumpster at the customer’s location and remain on-site until the dumpster is filled. This is restricted only to customers who are able to load up their dumpsters within a short amount of time and who do not need a dumpster for longer than a day. Regarding costs, even though you may only have the dumpster for one day, the price will remain the same as a typical rental. From an operational perspective, we are still delivering the dumpster, removing the full dumpster and disposing the debris just like any other dumpster rental service, so the same costs would apply. Each instance is handled on a case-by- case basis, so please call in and speak with one of our highly trained representatives who will be able to better determine your options.

Yes, we pride ourselves on being able to do same day deliveries. We don’t guarantee it, and like a days notice heads up. However, if you call early enough a Dumpster Rental Inc. project manager can check to see if we have any openings in your area.
